Refund Policy
1. General Information
ClassicMt2.eu offers virtual goods and virtual currency (DC – Dragon Coins), which are non-tangible, digital products credited directly to the user’s account upon successful payment.
2. No Refund Policy
All purchases of DC (Dragon Coins) and any virtual items acquired using DC are final and non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, the user acknowledges and agrees that:
DC and virtual items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or reversed once credited to the account;
ClassicMt2.eu does not provide refunds for accidental purchases, unused DC, account bans, suspensions, or account termination;
Loss of access to an account for any reason does not entitle the user to a refund.
3. Failed or Missing Transactions
If a payment was successfully completed but DC were not credited to the user’s account, the user must contact our support team within 3 days of the transaction date and provide valid payment confirmation.
Such cases are treated as delivery issues, not refund requests.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Any chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent transaction may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the user’s account, in accordance with the Terms of Service.
5. Acceptance of Policy
This Refund Policy is an integral part of the ClassicMt2.eu Terms of Service.
